I reserved a room with a bathtub and also noted that we wanted a bath tub but we’re given the room without a bathtub. They did change the room for us but as it turned out the water is not hot enough for a bath, even though I filled it up twice thinking that the hot water just hadn’t been to the room yet. It was barely hot enough for a shower. The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable and good sheets the restaurant dinner was a disaster.

They need to get rid of the carpet from the 70’s, use tile instead, is horrible and patched, the WORST BED of my life no doubt, my husband thought it was a box spring, that’s how bad it was, we suspected for bedbugs, we looked but didn’t find them, even then we have some bug bites, so, careful. común areas are good, balconies have old bird poop, no phone in the rooms, if you need something you need to go to the receptionist, small pools were dirty, the big one was ok, old everything, old curtains, old furniture, the tv was at the most 30 inches, bad wall painting, bad door painting, bad light fixture painting, no iron, no hairdryer, (bring your own) I think if they invest a little money they can have a wonderful hotel.
