This is not anything against The Chapparal Inn, because they did everything to make it right, this review is for Expedia. First of all, when I booked the room a couple of months ago, I requested a ground floor room, because I can’t climb the stairs. When I called the motel, because I needed a late check in, they said that I was going to be on the second floor, because they didn’t get any information from Expedia about my request. Fortunately for me, some friends of mine had a ground floor room and agreed to swap so that I could have a room. So Chapparal Inn went above and beyond to help me, in spite of Expedia screwing it up.
