I just had the worst weekend at this place. While some staff were very kind and helpful, the manager of this hotel is a very rude man that doesn't know how to treat customers and lies about the amenities offered by the hotel. The air-conditioning stopped working on our second night. The manager knew it had a problem but still kept us in this room. My biggest nightmare was the parking. As everyone can see it says it has parking and that is free, however, besides to be a very hard place to reach by car there's no parking. Instead of solving our problem, the manager screamed at us and was extremely rude. We had to pay an extra 250TL to have our car in private parking. I'd definitely recommend you find another place which doesn't lie about their amenities and respect customers.

Hotel molto carino, pulito e con colazione super!
Al cunda palace abbiamo trovato persone gentilissime ad accoglierci, la stanza molto pulita e la colazione eccezzionale, siamo stati in diversi hotel in turchia che offrivano la colazione ma qui al cunda palace veramente il top! Ylmaz acar e sua moglie hatuna ci hanno offerto piu' volte il te con il dolce e abbiamo potuto fare delle belle chiacchieratel'ultima mattina che siamo partiti presto ci hanno dato la colazione da portar via!! Consigliatissimo. Un'altro consiglio e' di lasciare l'auto in un otoparc e raggiungerlo a piedi per i vicoli di ciottoli molto belli,in cui incontrerete tantissimi gatti meravigliosi!
