disappointing stay.
They have very few services, it's noisy and they ran out of toilet paper 2 days in a row. They made me move from a room I'd already paid for because they screwed up their reservations and asked me to go to another hostel across town, with no financial compensation offered. When I refused, they offered me a bed in a closet-sized room, which I took because it was the last night I would ever stay there. I would rate it a 3.

Dishonest, dirty & dreadful.
This place is truly awful. I have stayed in hostels worldwide but never stayed anywhere as miserable as this. The photos & description of the hostel are inaccurate & untruthful & the amenities listed as available do not actually exist; this accommodation is therefore being mis-sold. There is no outdoor pool or 24hr room service (in fact there's no room-service at all). Reception is not open until midnight, it closes at 6pm (which is important to know as check-in is not possible once reception has closed). There's no kitchen, there is an area with a table, microwave, washing machine & fridge (which stinks); there is not even a sink. None of the purported in-room facilities are present: there is no ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker, desk or phone. None of the rooms have bathrooms as advertised. There are 3 very tiny shared showers & 2 shared toilets. The whole place is dirty & smells; there is no fresh air into the property. It doesn’t matter which room you book, you are very likely to be downgraded to a worse room, but still charged the original price, the staff will claim this is fair because the room prices vary per night!? I had booked a triple room; the "single room" I was put in was so terrible there isn’t even a photo of it on the website, I’m certain it was originally a store room, it was just bigger than a mattress (which was on the floor) & there was no window. I heard other people complaining that they had also been put into a smaller room, without any cost deduction.

Hostelis puudub ööpäevaringne töötaja, seega kella 1 öösel hakkas joobes seltskond nt. süüa tegema ja ukse taga lärmama. Hostelit ei külastaks enam kunagi, eelkõige üldise klientuuri tõttu (purjus meed, ehitustöölised jne).

Jeg har bestilt et dobbeltrom for en prs og fikk rom til 3med køyesenger uten toalett. Jeg har krevd å finne til meg rommet som jeg har bestilt og betalt og fikk svar at sånn type rom finnes ikke. Løgn og juks. Alt var forferdelig skitten ekkelt og stygg . Matlaging i gangen uten vinduer og ventilasjon, ingen lydisolering , veggene var tynnere enn papp og man kan høre alt hva naboen snakker om i naborommet. Ingen renhold på felles arealer. Dette er det verste overnattingsstedet jeg har vært på i hele mitt liv. Jeg ber dere å fjerne Tiger hostel fra søkemuligheter, da jeg ønsker ikke at noen blir lurt på samme måte som meg. 2 døgn uten sovn og ro.

It was terriable . Reception guy was drank and he is not kind. When I said " I cant sleep ", he shouted and he said " it is not your country " . He is alcoholic . Rooms dont have curtain. Hostel dont have kitchen. They use coridor like a kitchen. You clean your dish at toilet. İt is not safe place .
