We stayed in a chalet and it was wonderful. So glad we booked a hotel slightly out of Jasper as it meant we could really relax.

Things were great in the cabin, which was a free upgrade upon arrival. The door was a little sticky so you had to make sure it was closed but otherwise things were great The most effective form of communication with the reservation desk is definately phone calls emails are not monitored as closely.

Fantastic hotel with an amazing view!
Fantastic hotel with one of the most spectacular views in all of the Canadian Rockies! Restaurant is world class, staff are super friendly and helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Minutes from Jasper National Park and a relatively short distance to Miette Hot Springs. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location and the staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant was excellent. The only downside was the fact that although we stayed for 3 nights our room was not serviced.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Given the circumstances with Jasper, this was a nice place to stay. We had our two dogs with us so opted to have take out food from the dining room and it was excellent!
