Right across from beach, if your room is ocean view, you can hear the waves. Check room to see if the is a/c in bed room and living room. If not very uncomfortable.

The Ocean view is priceless and the rooftop pool is a must! The only exception is that the pool bar is always closed and the guests are not allowed to bring drinks or snacks to the pool area.

The only place to stay in Victoria! Exceptional!
We have stayed here before and each time it was great! Breakfast excellent and fruits were fresh. Everyone friendly both staff and guests. Room was spotless clean. View of ocean was spectacular. Food service staff were spectacular. Love the safety as no-one can enter except for short period of time and no guests overnight. We had so much fun with the dining staff. I Love this hotel!

It was pretty much basic. What you needed was there and the staff were very polite and very friendly. Not aim many could speak English, just like Brazil in general. I would have given them one more star, it it wasn’t for the breakfast. It was below basic and average. It was not good.

It might be on a par with other hotels in this area, but I am used to hotels in Europe and the U.S. The pool was unusable for my entire stay because it is being remodeled. The Pool bar was likewise unusable due to remodeling. The universal gym was very old and in disrepair, and difficult to use. It was strange for them to schedule the pool repair during the high season. The hotel restaurant was rather poor for dinner. I had a hamburger that was extremely tough and almost inedible. For breakfast the food is better and has many hot and cold items and they will make eggs for you. The power was out for almost an entire day during our stay. This was a planned outage; which seemed strange that it would occur in their high season. The sink in the bathroom, did not have the ability to control hot water, which made shaving difficult. The windows on the room's balcony were in ill repair and could not be shut and just banged together constantly. The reception staff were not very accommodating. We asked to arrange for a cab to take us to the airport and they gave my fiancé a phone number to call, whereas other hotels will typically make these arrangements. The sign for the hotel was not illuminated so it made it a bit difficult to locate at night. I don't know whether the sign is never illuminated, or the bulbs were burned out. They do not speak any English at this hotel, which adds to the challenges.

Visita ao Quality Suites na Praia da Costa
Já é o terceiro ano seguido em que me hospedo no hotel na mesma época do ano e, nesta vez, a experiência foi a melhor das três. A nova empresa que atende para café da manhã e restaurante está muito boa, superior às anteriores. O quarto estava com o conforto de sempre, com uma adição interessante (uma chaleira elétrica). O serviço de arrumação diária foi bem adequado, também. O único porém se refere ao ranger da porta do quarto (falta de lubrificação) e uma dificuldade para fechar a porta do banheiro (aparentemente ela estava "inchada" e tinha dificuldades para encaixar no batente). No mais, estadia tranquila e rapidez nos atendimentos de check-in e check-out.
