Does the job as expected
You go to Ibis, like you buy a Dacia: You just want to sleep well, be clean and stay quiet. Well, it does the job perfectly. Also, the pizza place is GOOD. You’re by the bus, the train and the airport. Wherever you go and however you get there, the hotel will grant you access fast.

Very average hotel close to CDG terminal 3. Non other reason to book unless you have an early morning departure or late arrival. The train to Paris is in the airport, so that was convenient.

Great spot to sleep away a layover
Very convenient location being right outside terminal 3 and the shuttle stop. Room was perfect for an extended layover for the night. The only issue we had was the pillows. They were incredibly soft and not supportive plus there were only two on the bed.

Ok for one night.
Reception area and staff were very good but the rooms do not look like the pics advertised, the bedding was clean but the rooms were bare and unwelcoming. You will struggle with the bathroom if you’re not a very slim person. We had small cockroaches in the room and a strange smell. We didn’t complain as it was a one night stop and they have clearly put a lot of money into reception and the dining options but the standard rooms need a makeover. I’ve never used an ibis hotel before and I’m not sure I would choose one again.

The location and the price are really good but the heater did not work and it was impossible to have a steady water temperature. It was going from freezing cold to burning hot in an instant.

Coffee machine did not work in the room and the bottom of both paper cups in the bathroom were dirty. We ate at the buffet restaurant. Food was not good and they wanted to charge us 2 buffets, when we only took one and wine that we didn't order. Fortunately our table was close to the cash register and they were able to check that i was right. I think I am going to stay away from this hotel for a long time.

Top 3 worst hotel stays
This place was a disgusting mess. You wouldn’t think so based on the lobby which is actually pretty nice. The room on the other hand is horrible. The bathroom looks like something out of a horror movie with mold and other peoples hair in the shower. No hand towels and the shampoo/body wash/hand soap is in one bottle. The pull out bed was broken and falling apart. I would not recommend this place. The only plus is it’s near the airport.

Very basic, bed sheets on single bed were dirty, room Had no hand towel. Asked for a room with a view and was given a corner room where you could barely make out a plane. Not even a coffee maker in the room. More money than the hotel I stayed the night prior and was far inferior.

Beyond horrible experience.
I had to book this hotel after my flight was canceled twice over the period of two days. The service counter employees were very smug and condescending as soon as I let them know I could speak French which seems to typical behavior I experienced throughout the CDG airport trying to get assistance.

Not a great stay.
Never go for a standard room in this hotel as it is too tiny especially the bathroom. The toilet was placed in such a way that you won't be able to sit properly on it. The bath shower panel was broke. Water was going out while taking shower. No kettle or water provided. Since we were there only for 12 hours we didn't complaint. My advice would be to go for bigger room if needed probably they might have better layout and the condition too.

Close to CDG
Although our stay was fine at this property, i wish a few things were made a but more clear in their listing. First, the luggage storage onsite has a fee, as opposed to stkring for free like many properties do. Secondly, the airport transportation isnt a shuttle, it is a train to the airport via the station that is right next door. If you're not fluent with language, the transportation isn't as easy. I was anticipating a shuttle and, having hurt my foot during my vacation, it made things a bit more difficult to traverse the train station and walk through the train shuttle and a few terminals to arrive at my airline. Overall, our stay was fine, however, just a bit more information, communicated more clearly, would've help manage expectations.
