Worn and noisy
I can’t see how this can be a 4-star hotel. It’s all very old and worn, and the interior looks like it’s from the seventies. Most importantly, the walls and doors are paper thin, so you can hear everything in the corridors and the neighbouring rooms.

Great place overall, perfect for the airport and rather quiet. Room and bathroom were very nice but: mosquito net needs replacing, some dirt in hidden spots, a bit loud through the door (can hear other guests moving around in the morning). Great staff and amazing breakfast. Overall, a very good place. I would go back.

The property is only 15 minutes from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really clean, the bed was ver big and very comfy. We had a great stay.

The facility condition was adequate. The problem is that our room was at the end of a short hallway adjacent to the bar and restaurant. Two obnoxious women were loud and started arguing at130 am to 230 am. I blame the hotel for not stopping the escalated arguing that woke us up and not ejecting these loud people from their hotel.

Really bad service
On the booking they promised pick up from and to the airport -- but they did not. i paid 80 euro in taxi back and forth to the airport and it was not worth the money. When I confronted the staff about that it said on the website that they offered the free taxi service -- she basically shrudded her shoulders and said that there is nothing she can do. She supported me with a taxi from the hotell that i had to pay myself and she said it would cosst 35 euro -- but when I got to the airport the taxi driver said 40 euro. He got really upset and could not speak english and just kept repeating "40 euro, 40 euro". the hotel was noisy during night and the cleaning detergent smelled like someone dropped a whole perfume bottle in the room. Overall I feel hustled, and it was not worth the money.

The breakfast was not acceptable at all with 45 minutes to closure nothing was left. It was extra paid on top of room fee. The staff was impolite and refused to refill the items. The room is noisy with limited sound insulation.

We arrived late to the hotel and were not pleasantly surprised to find out that air conditioner was not working in the room. We tried to fall asleep but by 2am we were boiling inside the room, temperature was showing 30.5 Celsius. Receptionist was nice but there not much he can do, he offered us his little fan that he had. In the morning we were shocked to see how dirty the room was, spider webs, mold all over the bathroom and the cherry on top was finding used toilet paper underneath the bed( my son dropped his toy that why I looked there( I wish I didn’t). This is not a 4 star hotel, more like 1 star motel. Staff is nice that’s about it

Grim, I arrived late, hotel/restaurant was dark and not too welcoming. The night staff had no welcome at all, purely functional. My room was dark with only two dim lights working. I asked if there might be any food and a beer and simply pointed to the mini fridge. In my room I couldn’t get any mobile signal on my two phones on different networks but I had to go back to reception to ask about WiFi to be given a tiny slip of paper with the code which worked but seemed a chore as not offered. The bathroom was clean and shower nice and hot but air con didn’t work other than just a fan really even though it’s July heat. Next morning was cheery from the staff and I enjoyed a basic breakfast. Glad to only stay one night.

Whoever answers the phone at their number on google , the Indian guy, I think the owner, was trying to overcharge me for taxi service. He said it was €60 to the airport, and when I told him that is BS because my friends only paid €30, he said “you can take the bus then” and hung up on me. Very rude. Very shady. The girls at the front desk were drinking at the bar until 11, but when asked the price of a drink they said they don’t know and they’ll figure it out when I checkout. Just bad business. the man in the morning shift was very nice and booked my taxi . Breakfast was good. Serves its purpose but don’t expect hospitality

Good place, but not a wise option for Malpensa
If you need to stay for short period due to a brief stop to Malpensa Airport, this is not a good option. The distance from the airport (13 km) is longer than that annouced (5 km). It makes expensive the transportation (I was taxed 35 euros for airport-hotel and plus 43 euros for hotel-airport). Apart from this, the hotel is clean and quiet. As I leaft the hotel early morning, I did not have breakfast.
