Property is in a great location only a 10 min walk to the train station. Quiet and staff were friendly. Only down side was the shower was tiny and being tall it was hard to adjust.

The location is good and staff friendly. The room was tiny and really old-fashioned. The ancient air conditioner didn’t really work properly.

The room was accommodating for what I needed. Sure it got warm, but the AC unit in the room would get it nice and comfortable in just a couple minutes making it not even a hassle or problem.
I wish I got the name of the man who was running for the few days I stayed there, but he was a pleasant person to talk to and I could listen to him talk about the history of Italy and Milan for hours on end if I could.
Overall, for my first time out of country, this hotel was a good place for me to stay and the people behind the counter at all times were friendly.

Avoid
The hotel is 2 floors in a residential building with flats. Room doesn’t look like the pictures. Bathroom is old with pained tiles. There is no mini bar. We could hear our neighbour coughing as if he was in our room. Stuff was making a lot of noise in the morning making it impossible to rest. There are much better choices within this price range.

What I didn’t like about this property is the attention of a lady
We were fixing bags and we weren’t aware of clean up of the room, the girl knock the door and we told her we were still at the room so we finish making and weight our bags when this woman that is in charge of the breakfast kick the door as a maniac I open the door and start screaming at me, told her to calf down and she keeps, even when I went down she kept screaming like a maniac, not even my mother scream me as she did.
She should take customer service classes, she has no maters

hotel modesto, buona posizione
Hotel modesto.
