I’m respectfully requesting a refund. It was definitely not a good experience. I arrived and there was no one in sight to look for nor call. The only number listed on the property gave me a “sorry I can’t talk right now “ message. After I asked around, a random rancher neighbor led me to a closed gate and eventually found the cleaning lady. She said tried to offer me a more expensive room because the one I reserved was not available. I have used Expedia for many years and have never been disappointed. This time was very different. Perhaps this property was not properly vetted. Please guide me to promptly get my money back. Thank you very much.
