The rooms was good, the issues that I had that was that our first night we forgot the key and it was about 11pm and there was nobody in the reception l, i called about many times but nobody answered the phone. We had to wait in the hallway about a 1 and a half until an other guest arrived and we were able to get in. I would assumed the receptionist has to be there but they were nowhere to be seen. On our second reservation everything was good until our check out were the receptionist accused us of loosing the key from the first reservation and she wanted to charge us $10 euros for it which I refused to pay because I told here numerous times that we had left them in the room with the other fisical keys. Below I will show picture were I called many times so they can open the door and they didn’t answer
