Great hotel
My wife and I booked this hotel for our Carnival Cruise that we took on Jan 31st. We choose this spot for two reasons. One it was close to the airport , however I suggest you take an uber to the hotel. It does have free transportation from hotel to airport but they are only one or two drives cause they also help with taking guests to the ship port there is a $12 charge per person. #2 It's super close to Little Havana. overall staff is super friendly and it was a very great experience.

Pick up from airport = poor pick up info from staff. Staff at checkin were very nice. Signed up for their shuttle to get to cruise terminal. After waiting for an hour we called for an Uber.

Comfort with exercise
The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. When your room is on the 7th floor and both elevators are non-functional, it does affect one's opinion. That being said, staff did carry down our luggage, and besides stair-stepping exercises are good for you.

We stayed one night only. My husband and our 2 boys got the double room. It was exactly what we needed. A clean room to sleep. The service was great. We left a nintendo switch behind and the front desk was able to retrieve it.

I'd come back again
The room was very clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. We only stayed one day before we got on our cruise ship. The hotel was walkable to a lot of places. One of the elevators was broken so that made it slow getting up/down to the room because there was only one elevator. The hallway carpet on our floor was in need of repair but other than that it was a great place to stay.

This is an older hotel near Miami Int airport. It was not clean, anywhere, from the checkin desk with dust/crumbs on the counter to the old stained carpet in every hallway. There are 2 older elevators, only one was operstional and very slow. The stairs if chose to take them tske you down to the lobby, but no access for going up to the rooms. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, and clean. The room itself was not clean, carpet stained

We stayed here before our cruise. The property allows parking for the duration of the cruise ( for a daily fee). The shuttle to the cruise port was another plus for this property. We will definitely stay here again for our next cruise.
