Highly recommend! We enjoyed the two bed and two bath with small but comfortable kitchen. Location is amazing, right in downtown and easy to walk around and get to every place. Apartment is super clean and maintained really well. We would love to come back again. Property owner was super responsive and helpful with all the check in process.

Great accommodations!
Canada suites was perfect for my sister and I to enjoy Toronto! The room was clean and comfortable, we had two queen beds, both in their own rooms which gave us our own space. The kitchen was handy and we cooked a few meals which helped us save some money on meals. I was worried when they asked me for a $500 deposit via e-transfer so I opted to pay by credit card and pay the service fee, but in the end there was nothing to worry about. Michael was responsive to my questions and was great to work with. I would 100% stay here again.

Great location, great venue, view, clean, good communication, helping to resolve anything which is needed. As advertised. Not hotel so the setup was a bit more involved than a regular hotel but it was OK. Parking is convenient though need to pay extra. Everything was functioning and comfortable. will highly recommend.

Lovely accommodations. Great location.
The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have a washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes. All kitchen appliances that you might need were there. The location is within walking distance of the Eatons Centre and the train station. Also within walking distance of Toronto General which was the main purpose of our trip.

Gym was much further then expected, took forever to get a key and never got to gym. Should ask before arrival if needed and leave with room key. Had to ask 3 times. Instructions for tv would be great. Hand cream is a typical amenity, especially in cold weather. Felt frustrated most of the time. Left early just to get home. I will not be staying there again.

The apartment is lovely and also in a great location.. right in the heart of downtown. The booking process is long and can be tiring sometimes.. perseverance is required. Read the description properly before booking. If you are used to booking online without any further work then this place is not for you. If you are ok and go through the booking process your perseverance will pay off as it’s a great apartment.

I don’t think I would have described my suite as “presidential” but it was clean and well furnished 2-bedroom apartment. The staff while not on location were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating with any requests or questions. The pool area and other amenities are in very good condition and exceptionally clean. This was a nice option to have a quiet room in downtown Toronto.

We booked this stay for one of our staff members and she was very happy with the suite. She was pregnant and asked for there to be no chemicals or smells which the property accommodated. There was even a nice chocolate present waiting upon her arrival. Thank you for taking care of our staff.
