I arrived I had gold executives deal which was chance of room upgrade , late check out and a bottle of sparkling wine, didn’t receive nothing on check in , and usually wine is in my room , none there so asked reception they had no idea showed them the e mail , the manager came and she had no idea about this as well so , I just it doesn’t matter then went away and manager called me back , the receptionist found it on my check in details , and said they didn’t put it in my room because it would be warm which was I lie, and there’s a fridge , then next day the gym was open at 8am so finished ay 9.30 then went into jacuzzi , some man came in shouting angrily in Spanish , I had no idea what was happening , so I got out and went to complain about his behaviour, and reception backed him saying he wanted to drain jacuzzi and not open until 10am , I said I thought it was 8am , she said no 10am , I said I’m sorry I had no idea and door was open , she was rude saying he was angry because it was not open , I said no way to shout at someone like , if he was nice and explained and told me nicely instead of shouting there would be no issue, she kept on backing him up raising her voice, I have never experienced staff like this and I will never go back to a js hotel again.
