"Very nice hotel in a good location. Quiet room and spotlessly clean, good spacious shower, comfortable bed, well stocked mini bar in the room, friendly and helpful staff, good selection for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again 5*
"
"Loved the location, the building, our room, the service, and the buffet breakfast. It was nice to have a bathtub for my toddler, who also really enjoyed meeting Pierre, the parrot. "
"Good breakfast spread. Staff helpful. I had issues for late check out as American credit cards didn’t work. They only take Belarus roubles which was not helpful as I have only US dollars. The staff also not knowledgeable about registration process required by Belarus for tourists staying over 5 days. The registration can be done online and I was told that Hotels should be able to help tourists But Hampton by Hilton at Minsk Ciry center didn’t know the process. Impeovementd: They should find a way to accept American credit cards, the staff should be trained in tourist registration process and they should accept US Dollars for payment. "
