The room and decor were beautifull with an ornate painted ceiling and stunning wood floor, sadly let down by the bathroom. The room had a very comfy super king size 4 poster bed, sofa with 2 additional period chairs, a dining table for 4. In the corner of the room was a kitchenette, but only cups and glasses even though it had a 2 ring hob! The usual tea, coffee etc. No plates or cutlery or cooking pans. The bathroom was dated and not in a good way. The bidet had been broken and glued back together, a bad crack in the sink that was stained, the sink tap almost reached the front edge of the sink! The room was serviced so late in the day it was never done in our 4 day stay as we were resting between being out all day and going out for dinner, so we had to put the do not disturb sigh up. It was very clean and they need a sign to say the the aircon works if a wall light switch is on..bizzare! Over all ok for a few days but not longer.
