I do not know where to begin. Property is fine, food not good, clean 50/50 I had some mold/soap scum in the shower. The staff, All need training on customer service. Being a Hilton I would’ve expected more. No one is friendly they clearly hate tourists which is ironic due to the financial climate in Montenegro one would think they should gladly embrace tourism. We came with my family to visit family. Every question asked from staff memebers we were made to feel as a bother, all staff members receive a A in mastering eye rolling! One morning it took us 3 hours to receive 3 coffees, 6 waters, 3 orders of pancake and 1 fruit platter. Mind you the kids got their pancakes and juices adults never received coffee, fruit plate or waters. Our waiter was nice however when he went to the barista to inquire about our tables order, they started arguing and pointing towards our table the BARISTA! Was absolutely the rudest of them all! He refused to wait on us 3 hours! We seen several guests come, eat and leave while we were still waiting on just water and coffee! Topper manager was involved and he too pointed laughed and let the staff continue to get louder and argue. Imagine how uncomfortable my family was during this moment. Fast forward to a much anticipated checkout, I was waiting patiently while the two concierge representatives were engaged in what looked to be a meeting. I was patient then after waiting for about 6 mins. I was greeted with what do you want aggressively. To leave!!!
