Property is good and clean. Only thing is it’s Lacking essential amenities like coffee, refrigerator, only had soap and shampoo, other stuff should have been provided ( compared to other hotels with same price)!

This place was recommended by a friend. This is a small hostel remodeled to the amenities of a hotel. They have private room and offer cleaning services. We had a pleasant experience staying here. The location was excellent. It was walking distance from plaza del sol and el prado.

This hostal definitely deserves more than 2 stars. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. On the downside, there was noise from outside which carried on until the early hours. Bottled water and coffee making facilities would have been appreciated. On the whole, a comfortable room at a very reasonable price.

Very convenient property to the Madrid Centro sites: restaurants, historical buildings, museums, parks, metro underground transit. A Madrid airport to city center bus stop point was within 1km of the property and cost 5 Euros With the balcony doors open at night, the early morning street cleaning and delivery vehicles were a distraction to sleep. Overall a good place for short stay.

Hébergement d'une autre époque. Étrange mélange de luxe prétendu et prestations minimales. Une fenêtre moderne sert à protéger du froid et du bruit, mais l'ancienne est toujours là et on ne peut pas l'ouvrir. De toute façon elle est verrouillée en panne. Trop de changement de serviettes pour rien. La chose risible c'est le lavabo, mais c'est triste.

Buena ubicación, buen servicio y todo muy ordenado y recogido. El único pero, que el recepcionista de la noche (el de gafas), antes de incriminar a ningún huésped de cometer alguna infracción, asegúrese de lo que cree que acaba de ver. Ya que puede resultar un tanto desagradable para cualquier persona, que lo increpen sin motivo ninguno. Los demás trabajadores del hostal muy majos, sobretodo la chica de la limpieza que nos atendió.
