A cozy place.
We booked a beach bungalow. It was quite nice. Wi-fi signal was good . Breakfast could be better.Beach during our stay was dirtish - plenty of rubbish comming out of sea. Good that they cleaned it every day. Massage was exelent in the fresh air.

We love this hotel, have been here several times, and it is still as good as first time. The staff is kind and helpfull. The pool is excellent. The rooms funktionel and nice, but the beds are very hard! We got topmadresses and it worked okay. Breakfast is also good.

The restaurant for breakfast was far away. The breakfast wasn't particularly good, not a big selection. The large swimming pool was not cooled, it was like bath water. Very unfortunate. The location of the resort to the city was very far without TucTuc and the TucTuc prices were very high. The resort itself was quite nice. But very quiet and somewhat remote.

The place had been here for awhile but it is well maintain. The pool is nice and you can't beat the beach here. There is no barrier so the ocean water is always clean. My kids spent hours in the water. For it location, you can't beat it price. The staff were great. Some even help us after their work hour. They have staff clean the beach chairs and comb the beach to keep it clean.

Hotel was very clean but a little dated. The main issue was lack of internet, it didn't work in the rooms which also meant no TV was available as this was WiFi based. Not the end of the world but a shame as it's nice to be able to catch the news or a movie. Pool and beach very good

Location, location n location !
Just returned from Koh Samui after a 5 night stay. First Bungalow is all about location, location n location. It is bang on the beach and a good beach at that. I had a beach bungalow, overlooking directly into the ocean and literally 25 metres away from the water edge. The waves were calm and one could easily walk in about 50 metres into the water, even with no swimming skills. And now the not so good part...breakfast nothing to talk about, very average. Generally the resort is old and run down and dont look for anything plush in the room interiors, etc. Aircon and bathroom worked fine. I am used to a hard mattress but this was too hard even for me. On my request, they were nice enough to spread a soft mattress topper which made it better. Service levels were acceptable and nothing to complain about. If you feel the price of beach bungalows are steep, its only because of the location. If the stay is not very long, it is worth it.

Vi havde en fin uge her. Det levede op til et 3-stjernet hotel. Vi var ramt af lidt dårligt vejr, hvilket var svært med vores små børn, da hotellet så ikke havde så meget at byde på. sengene var absurd hårde. Har aldrig oplevet noget lignende. Morgenmaden var også ret dårlig. Men alt i alt et fint ophold.

Standard værelse er ikke prisen værd
Vi havde et standard værelse, som ingen vinduer har. Det gør det meget trist at være på værelset. Der er skydedør (matteret glas) fra badeværelse til altan, hvor man har en grim udsigt til den tilstødende bygning (de andres altaner). Bruserhoved var helt tilkalket, og ingen tryk på vand, derfor ikke muligt at bade. Der er ikke håndsæbe på badeværelset, hvilket er meget uhygiejnisk. Vi havde selv en håndsæbe med. Værelset var meget lydt, kunne høre en mand der snakkede i telefon flere timer om natten, og er andet sted en kvinde kom med udbrud, så min partner og jeg vågnede flere gange af lyde. Sengen er hård. Ude på gangen, i åbningen med havudsigt sad to unge drenge og røg, uden noget personale sagde noget til det. Området hotellet ligger i er ikke charmerende. Stranden er ok. Vi checkede ud efter én overnatning (og en dag før planlagt). Personalet er sødt og venligt.
