Lovely mini break
Our flight was delayed over night, they responded immediately to our email and were very understanding when we did finally arrive. Although only a small hotel, there was always someone on hand if you needed them. Very pleasant location, very helpful about where to eat and what to see.

Great staff and hotel
The outlook of this hotel building probably not doing the justice for this hotel, staff and the service. Staff was one of the nicest we have seen/met to date and they fulfilled all of our needs above and beyond. Inside of the hotel kept to a very good conditions despite how it looks from outside or how the surrounding areas look like. The suite we booked is very spacious with 2 rooms setting on either side of the wing so you can let your kids go free as they liked. TV had Netflix so that's a bonus to keep the kids busy. Good selection of hot, cold food served for breakfast, which is regularly topped up. Very close to the centre of Prague with options available to dine out. If I had to mention anything that was not so positive is the mattresses we had were the firmest we ever slept on. We normally have the Firm (UK standard) but these were almost like rocks.

Wir hatten mit 3 Personen ein Apartment mit 2 großen einzelnen Schlafzimmern. In jedem Zimmer ist ein Fernseher, Schrank, Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch. Bad mit Dusche und Toilette sind in 2 Räumen aufgeteilt, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, verschiedene warme und kalte Speisen, Müsli, Obst und Gemüse. Die beiden Damen beim Frühstück waren sehr nett, obwohl sie manchmal sehr viel zu tun hatten. Vom Hotel aus ist vieles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen , ansonsten ist die Straßenbahn nicht weit entfernt. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist mit zu Fuß am Wenzelsplatz. Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Wir hatten die Deluxe-Suite. Diese besteht aus 2 Zimmern (eines davon ist deutlich größer). Insgesamt sehr viel Platz. Die Matratzen waren ebenfalls bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Großes Lob an den jungen Mann an der Rezeption. Außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim nächsten Prag-Besuch kommen wir wieder.
