The essence of this accommodation lies in its tranquil atmosphere, offering a peaceful retreat where one can escape the hustle and bustle of Bali’s more popular destinations. The staff here embodies the warmth and hospitality Bali is known for, with their always smiling faces and attentive service. Communication is seamless, as everything from room service to laundry requests can be easily managed through WhatsApp, making your stay even more convenient. This was our second time returning to this serene haven, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking tranquility and a deeper connection with themselves rather than those looking for noise and excitement. A small tip: be sure to use mosquito repellent, especially if you stay in the garden villa. While there were no issues indoors, it’s best to be prepared when enjoying the beautiful outdoor surroundings. Not a daily problem, but worth noting for comfort. We would also like to express our gratitude for the lovely gift we received upon our departure.

Kelapa comes right up to a black sand beach, and the view from the pool is fantastic. The rooms are more than spacious, and if you have a villa with a private pool you will have a full size pool; not a plunge pool. It was the perfect escape to wind down and relax after spending the first part of our trip in the more busy and crowded areas of Bali. If you are looking for a slower pace and more space than the more touristy areas of Bali this is the place.

Amazing.. We went for honeymoon and it was heaven for us.. Staffs were so friendly specially kadat.. Big Infinity pool and resort so big u dont need to go elsewhere. Private beach was super clean and they offered bycicle free.. Me and my wife joined so many activities, romantic dinner, deep sea fishing with fisherman.. Everythingwas fabulous. This is the best place to stay in Bali! Customer service is hand's down the best ever around. From checking in to the restaurant to the cleaning people huge congratulations to you! Food is unbelievable. They will take care of everything you could want and want to do. It's 3 hrs from the airport so what worth it. Taking day trips to the tourist areas is easy with the driver you get. Right on the beach away from people and the surf is legit! Thank you kelapa for an amazing stay we will be back year after year now! You made customer's for life with excellence in service.

Glorious resort, wonderful staff.
The staff made this place extra special. They were so attentive to our needs and never once failed to greet us with a smile. The resort is heaven on earth, so peaceful and relaxing with a quiet beach. We were sad to leave. It's very remote, so I recommend choosing to go on one or two of the tours arranged by the resort to see the island properly. Our two trips were incredible and our drivers were both such nice people. They made sure we got an authentic experience. Highly recommended this resort to couples.

The Kelapa retreat and spa is the most incredible place I’ve ever stayed! The whole vibe was just beautiful, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your time and they always have a smile on their faces. Kadek was so helpful prior to us arriving, organising every thing for me via email and Ari was always there to help us with his team. I doubt there is anything the owners and staff could do to improve the experience. We loved the location, facilities, staff and food. Make sure you allow plenty of time to get there and back. The single lane road is prone to delays and is busy. But getting there is worth it!

Excellent hotel
I would have given 5* for all categories but lost some marks because the WiFi is terrible. Connection is extremely poor and that's the only fault. The staff are all excellent, polite, always smiling and happy to see you.
