2/10 Poor

Near river, but also near highway. Mixed feelings.
The room was always freezing cold. I was bumped from one room to another after being told the better of the two rooms I stayed in would be available for the duration of my stay. The stay was nice enough, and even went out of their way to assist me. However, this may have been because the accommodations themselves were very much less than desirable. The TV didn't work. The shower regularly ran out of hot water. On one occasion, I was showing when suddenly it went from comfortably warm/hot to freezing cold. So many things went wrong that I didn't even bother to report the matter to management. Oh, did I mention that Internet access was spotty? Regrettably, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. It's my understanding that new management may take over soon. If true, improvements might be in the offing. But, in the meantime, rent at your own risk. It doesn't enjoy the former glory it apparently once had.

I'm disappointed by thier service I was standing outside thier gate for 40 minutes no answer they didn't even pick up thier phones. So no I didn't enjoy my stay cause I had to do another booking drive from thier place to another just dissapointing.

Serenity at it's best
wow, this was exactly was i was looking for. The place is great if you want to relax and get away from all the hustles of work. Stephanie is just a lovely person, he is great with people and will make your stay a home away from home. I love what he has done with the place, his personal decorations just give the place homely touch. I would go back there tomorrow if i could. We used the executive room, a beautiful room, large bathroom. The river flowing nearby provides the best sound to work up to, with the birds.

Accueil très sympathique meme si le propriétaire est difficile à joindre. Chambre loft sympa mais non adapté avec des enfants car la chambre secondaire est au rdc avec un autre accès et sans WC à proximité. Délicieux et copieux petit déjeuner local. Proche lion park.

A gorgeous, artistic gem by a river in Northern Jo'burg
Twin Waters is absolutely gorgeous. We wished would could have stayed another day to relax in the garden by the river. There are delightful artistic touches wherever you look. Our room was large, comfortable with a big bathroom and kitchenette. The host was helpful and informative - and patient with us even though we arrived later than planned. We didn't have breakfast there but there were many teas/coffees that you could choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

We love Twin Waters!
We had two rooms. The main room was upstairs, which included a kitchen, bathroom and living area. The decorations were so unique, both in our room and outside. We had fresh flowers in our room. The power was out for two nights while we were there due to loadshedding in the area. We were given candles, lanterns and flashlights to use. The owner and his staff were very nice. Beautiful backyard!!

Petit probleme au petit déjeuner, ; On avait demandé à pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner à 7 heures et assez rapidement mais la personne s'occupant du petit déjeuner est seulement arrivée à 7 heures, donc, le temps qu'il prepare ce dernier, pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner dans les temps

Nous y avons passé 2jours pour être entre l'aéroport et la première excursion que nous avons fait càd le lion park ,très facile à trouver ,les chambres très spacieuse et personnel très gentil même si nous n'avons pas viu grand monde durant ces 2jours ,on était comme à la maison,l'endroit est magnifique. Seul b mol ,la piscine n,était pas disponible à croire qu'ils se préparaient pour la haute saison,sinon vraiment à conseiller .

Ottima guest house
Trovata per caso si è rivelata una ottima scelta. Ottimo il rapporto prezzo-qualità, eccellente il comfort (camera silenziosa e spaziosa, bello e accogliente il giardino, ottima la dotazione della suite anche per farsi da mangiare. Ho avuto un servizio di lavanderia preciso e puntuale e la pulizia quando richiesto. Se proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo ho trovato poco pratico il rubinetto del lavabo. Internet lenta ma è un problema generale in Sudafrica. Se dovrò tornare sono sicuro che ci soggiornerò ancora.
