I enjoyed my vacation at Lyda Club Hotel. The room was so clean. The sheets and towels were changed every day. The food which was buffet style was pretty good. I liked the snack bar where they had barbecue almost every evening. Sometimes they had pasta. Overall, it was good and convenient. The staff is nice and friendly. I recommend it.

It's on flight path, no where to go at night, hardly any lights so a bit weary going out and about. To get anywhere you have to pay for a taxi or bus. Room basic, food ok but never hot. Only alcohol for all inclusive is beer wine ouzo and raki. Everything else you have to pay for..

Le séjour était bien, il manque pas grand chose pour que le séjour soit excellent, le bar piscine Sunil soit mieux aménagé. Les repas sont vraiment le point négatif du séjour pas renouvelé, pas de dessert toujours les mêmes entrées. Le personnel repas est serviable et sympa contrairement à l animateur Carlos très ringard et très proche des femme. Aucune animation. Passe son temps à faire le tour des tables mais n anime pas

Ponts positifs: Nous avons apprécié la Crête ainsi que les ecursions proposées par l'hotel. Points négatifs: -Les draps ne sont jamais changés juste repliés. - La TV a peine plus grandes que mon téléphone portable et que 3 chaines en grecs - Climatisation en supplément 7e la journée!! ce qui n'est pas spécifié lors de la réservation, cela constitu un vice caché lors de la reservation, c'est inadmissible pour une chambre de 4 avec deux enfants 5 et 7ans. - La capacité du restaurant et trop faible, nous devons attendre debout notre tour pour manger. - Les plats sont toujours les memes a en perdre l'appétit. - Bar de la piscine fermé je ne l'ai jamais vu ouvert en plein mois d'août. -Très peu de boisson comprise dans le tout inclus, tout est fait pour que nous payons en plus de notre tout inclus.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines avec nos 2 filles de 6 ans et 1 ans. le personnel est au top très gentil avec les enfants ! Angéla du club enfant est très gentille et les barmans et serveurs aussi. Merci à la manageuse qui est très à l'écoute des enfants et qui n'a pas hésitez à donner le repas de notre fille Kairia qui avait faim avant l'heure! concernant le ménage il s'agit juste d'un problème d'organisation (passage trop tard pendant la sieste des enfants donc ménage pas fait et passage toujours au même moment! il faut un pointage afin de faire la chambre avant ou le lendemain au matin pas à 13h30 ! ) Les jeux pour enfants ne sont pas pas vérifiés le toboggan est fissuré et risque une blessure si l'enfant glisse dessus. Au final nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour . Merci à tous

Zara notre chibani et toute l'équipe d'animation parfaite En revanche le all exclusive laisse à désirer On ma refuser un peu de grenadine dans de l'eau sous prétexte que c'est réservé aux cocktails payants ! Je ne boit ni bière , ni sodas, ni alcool .... Je ne consommait donc pas grand chose en all exclusive sauf de l'eau !! L'écologie a revoir, que des gobelets en plastique toute la journée et aux repas. On nous refuse au bar de remplir nos bouteilles d'eau, pour mieux en acheter a la supérette ! Ou de nous resservir dans nos verres plastique ! Grave manquement pour notre planète aucun effort ecolo. Donc de fait soit on ingurgite du sucre toute la journée (parfait pour l'éducation de nos enfants ! Soit eau à volonté et ça nest plus du all exclusive

On a passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est accueillant et vraiment au top sur les animateurs surtout l'animateur Zara qui parle francais. Une bonne ambiance. Activité pour les enfants au top. La nourriture est bonne et très varié. Les piscines sont très propre et on a supermarché.

Pleasant enough stay. The room was right next to reception and near the bar so quite noisy.Very old fashioned and worn out but clean enough.Air con was an extra fee wich I was aware of.The food was ok at first but got very samey quickly.I would avoid the daily chefs specials and go for the roasted meat or fish options.great salad bar though. The drinks on offer the same, fizzy lager, bad wine and syrupy mixers.Buy bottled mixers from the onsite shop is my advice.By the third day I stopped eating and drinking there as I felt a little unwell. the onsite shop was reasonable and a safer choice for drinks and snacks.Pleasant people though and with maybe choosing different things to eat I would have enjoyed it more.

Some of the hotel is definitely a 3* and other areas aren't. The receptionist is overworked and i saw her dealing with quite a few complaints on various occasions. She was polite and trying to be helpful. The bar staff, food area staff, and entertainment staff, were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not great. I complained that my mattress was just full of springs and lumps. I slept very little. It stayed the same. The shower doesn't stay on the wall. The rooms were not cleaned much. The food was not good quality. It was pretty much the same every day with little variation. The drinks were very poor; all you get is red/white wine, beer or brandy as part of AI. The soft drinks are watered down syrup. We mostly bought our own drinks elsewhere. We ate out too. It isn't worth it for AI. I was asked if i would go back. I wouldn't.
