Clean and New, but watch the check in and parking

Couldnt check in on the first day as receptionist has no idea how to do it. Was on the phone asking colleague and showing screen via video call. After 10 minutes got bored of waiting and requested my key so I could go to the room. Also, parking is very expensive 75 euro for 34 hours parking. The first 25 euro was incurred for the firt "day" although I arrived at 10:30 at night. Hotel is clean and new, although not sure what the "Plus" refers to in the name. It is a standard Best Western.

Found a needle in the bed. The bedsheet was not changed, after asking them to. It was already dirty, when we arrived at the hotel. After telling the staff about it, they said the housekeeping is not here anymore and they can’t do anything about it. We were there for 2,5 days and I slept without a blanket. The only nice person in the staff, was a young, tall boy in the early shift and the indian guy in the night shift.

The stay was OK, but I will not come back to this hotel again. Here is what I don't like: The room is very small, and noisy as it's on the street side that is busy with lots of traffic. There is only one bottled water, which is for the first day; they don't give bottled water afterwards. The room will not be cleaned unless requested by turning on the sign for cleaning, which should be the opposite. There is no body lotion. The night light is too bright. The bed is too small. They refused to cancel and refund for early cancellation.

When we arrived, the kids’ beds hadn’t been set up, even though our booking clearly included them. After a long day of travel, this was really disappointing and not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. Each time we came back in the evening, they didn’t even lift their heads to greet us, even when I said hello. They were too busy on their phones to acknowledge guests, which felt quite rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was honestly abysmal, the worst I’ve ever had in any hotel. Half of the stations were empty: no bacon, no meatballs, no pancakes, and no fruit. On our last morning, I had to specifically ask for fried eggs because nothing was being replenished. The staff at breakfast, much like reception, looked unhappy and disengaged. The only bright spot was on our last day, when a lovely lady at reception smiled, chatted with the kids and even gave them some sweets a small gesture that made a big difference. It was nice to end on a positive note, but unfortunately, it’s not enough to make up for the rest of the stay. If I ever return to Frankfurt, this would be the last hotel I’d choose.

日本のカテゴリーだとビジネスホテルです。しかし必要なものはだいたいあります。冷蔵庫が無いくらいです。部屋は清潔でした。自分の拙い英語でもスタッフの方が対応してくれました。今回でこのホテルの滞在は2回目ですが、また来たいと思える印象です。

Prima kamers, goede bedden, netjes. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is prijzig voor gezin met grote kinderen. Gelukkig ook bakker om de hoek. Parkeren kan in garage onder hotel, wel tegen betaling. Verder nette omgeving van hotel, in nieuwbouwwijk. Goed te bereiken vanaf snelweg.

Zero courtesy, un experienced checkin staff - night . Broken safes and coffee machine and cold plus stale breakfast.Asked for baby milk and got denied.Had to walk 30 minutes at 1 am to get milk.I don’t recommend this place even for free.

Hotel und Zimmer gut. Preis - Leistung passt. Parkplatz im Hotel zu teuer und in der Umgebung gibt es kaum Parkplätze (Wohngebiet). Straßenbahn vor der Tür, so dass man auch gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln weg kommt.

Überall schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche und was ich so gar nicht nachvollziehen kann: der im Fernseher vorhandene Sleep Timer ist durch die Hotel-Software geblockt. Sonst sind die Zimmer okay.

Arrivé, à l’hôtel pour un séjour de 2 nuits, la suite pour 4 personnes n’étaient pas prête. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans 2 chambres séparées dont une d’un standing inférieur, mais surtout à deux étages distincts. Le deuxième jour, nous avons pu bénéficier de la chambre convenue, mais une réceptionniste nous a réveillé à 7h afin de nous demander de nous acquitter de la chambre. L’hôtel n’est pas mal mais l’expérience catastrophique. Un dédommagement a tout de même été proposé, le stationnement pour les 2 jours a été offert dans le parking de l’hôtel.
