The first thing I noticed was the shower was not cleaned - there were old water/soap stains on the shower enclosure and fixtures.
We did not get new towels the next day (we left our towels on the floor indicating we need new ones), and we did not get ANY housekeeping service the 3rd day despite reminding them twice that morning.
Syed did apologize, and we were given towels, etc., but to not have any/minimal housekeeping service for our 3 night stay was more than disappointing as that was part of the payment for staying at a hotel.
The positive thing is the employees were friendly and polite
