We stayed one night. It was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not much around the hotel other than a Burger King a restaurant and a bizarre. But for one nights stay off the beaten track it was perfect for the four of us.

Property was modern, clean and in a very good state of repair. Location very convenient for the motorway. Staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast facilities very good, lots of veriaty. No restaurant on site or within reasonable walking distance. Burger king very close by and had a very good soft play area. We were 2 adults and 2 children, looking for a one night stop over while traveling. It was ideal for that purpose and we would definitely use it again.

El hotel se encuentra en un polígono muy cerca de Tudela y con mucho sitio para aparcar. Mencionar que tiene parking gratuito vigilado por cámaras. la cama grande y cómoda y el baño correcto. El desayuno muy bien tienen mucha variedad y zumo natural de naranja. El personal muy amable. Bien podría ser un hotel de 4*.

Bonjour, Nous venons chaque année ici en nuit étape. Déçue de la chambre car j'avais opté pour 4 lits simples or nous avons un lit superposé non installé. Nous avons du demander de l'aide à l'accueil. Pur deux adolescents ce n'est pas très sécurisant,j'ai donc mis les matelas par terre. J'avais bien réservé une chambre avec 4 lits simples or la personne me dit que c'est en fonction des disponibilités. Je suis peu convaincu car j'ai réservé la chambre le 23 février 2024 pour le 17 août 2024 : je pense que ma demande de 4 lits simples pouvaient être respecté. La personne à l'accueil est extrêmement gentille et nous a offert un thé a notre arrivée. Elle s'est excusée à plusieurs reprises. La chambre avait été préparée pour trois car il n'y avait que 3 serviettes , trois brosses à dents et 3 verres. J'avais envoyé un mail quelques jours avant pour être sûr qu'il y a ait la machine à pancakes car les enfants l'adorent et c'est une raison de notre choix . J'ai eu une réponse positive..... malheureusement pour la deuxième année consécutive la machine a pancakes est en panne . Je pense que depuis un an celle ci ne doit pas fonctionner souvent ....J'aurai aimé être prévenue quand j'ai fait la demande exprès par mail . Le personnel que ce soit à l'accueil , au service petit déjeuné ou au ménage est vraiment extrêmement gentil et prévenant. Dommage car l'hôtel pourrait être top.

Hôtel sympathique, propre. Le personnel à l'accueil est professionnel et parle français. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une bonne literie et la salle de bain est grande. Accès rapide au désert proche de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est simple, varié et de qualité. Nous y sommes restés une seule nuit et c'était calme et reposant. L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone industrielle à l'extérieur de la ville. Il y a des commerces aux alentours et de quoi se restaurer (fast food ou resto).
