Excelente ubicacion y habitacion muy comoda
Hotel estilo colonial muy limpio, comodo y excelentemente ubicación ya que fuimos con auto y esta a solo 50 mts de la zona en donde no se puede circular con vehículos y posee un estacionamiento en frente . Tanto el propietario como el resto del personal son muy atentos y siempre estuvieron disponibles para asistirnos. Buena ducha, baño , y cómodas camas. La piscina es pequeña pero muy linda El propietario y el resto del personal siempre estuvieron a disposición.

o atendimento da recepção não foi bom. A piscina com falta de manutenção (água turva). O café da manhã abriu sem nada pronto, as funcionárias com muita má vontade e preguiçosas. O quarto estava limpo, chuveiro bom. Ar condicionado bom.

Nada! Infelizmente Paraty não se presta a turistas da 3ª idade e muito menos a pessoas com deficiência física. Voltamos um dia mais cedo, o hotel não nos devolveu a diária e apenas ofereceu usufruí-la em outra ocasião.

Good if you speak Portuguese and don't need wifi
Hotel has perfect location and beautiful garden. Clean pool and sauna is also plus. However, staff don't speak english, so we used google translate to communicate. Room was full of mosquitoes. We spent 3 nights there and room was never cleaned up. Wi-Fi was not working in our room.

Cette Pousada est proche du centre du centre historique (il est au bout de la rue) et en même temps, le bruit n'arrive pas jusque là la nuit, idéal pour bien dormir. le petit déjeuner est copieux avec un vaste choix d'aliment. la piscine est petite mais accueillante et rafraichissante.

Good but slightly overpriced.
The location of the hotel is amazing - very close to the historical city center. The room is small. The air condition is absolutely necessary and therefore has a high value. The wifi was not on a high level of reliability in the room, outside it was good. The breakfast was good - everything is selfservice. The hotel is clean. Since I was more interested in the city I did not spend any time using the pool etc. In general the hotel seems to be a bit overpriced.

Porcaria
A minha estada neste hotel foi o seguinte: Ao chegarmos no hotel por volta das 00h00, passamos uns 25 minutos do lado de fora, tocando a campainha(que não funcionava), batemos palmas, para chamar a atenção de funcionários gritamos e nada só quando um hóspede (que incomodado ligou para recepção), só assim apareceu um senhor com a "cara amassada" e os olhos cheios de "remelas" enfim estávamos cansados e não discutimos, no nosso quarto as camas de solteiro foram juntadas deixando a borda de cada uma delas ao meio causando desconforto, no dia seguinte reclamamos e foi nos dito não havia outra suíte. Outro dessabor foi no café da manhã onde que nos potes de cereais estavam infestadas de formigas, nas três manhãs que tomei café o cenário era o mesmo nada foi feito mesmo com a observação feita. Por final quando do check-out, quiseram cobrar o uso do cofre, achei o cúmulo do absurdo, pois nenhum momento foi nos dito, lugar nenhum esta escrito, nem na promoção do site, nem na recepção, nem no quarto, somente na hora de fechar a conta, falamos com a recepcionista, falamos com o gerente, só depois com uma suposta autorização do proprietário por telefone é que conseguimos encerrar nossa estada, demoramos 30 min. para isso acontecer.

Bonitinha mas ordinária!
Pousada moderna e agradável, seria ótima se os quartos fossem um pouco maiores e as atendentes melhor treinadas. Cheguei com as crianças e fui recebido com "não temos reserva no seu nome"! Tive que sacar meu comprovante de reserva que sempre imprimo e levo comigo e mesmo assim me fizeram esperar 20 min sem receber as chaves do quarto até que corrigissem o problema e eu tivesse pago pela minha estadia, ( isso mesmo: pagamento adiantado como em um hotel de beira de estrada).

Supersüße Poussade in Áltstadtnähe
Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort aber diese Poussade ist in wenigen Minuten vom Busbahnhof zu erreichen (wenn man denn den Weg kennt) sowie nur wenige hundert Meter von der Altstadt, in der keine Autos verkehren dürfen, entfernt. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Allerdings war das Zimmer wirklich klein und man hatte keine Möglichkeit sein Gepäck irgendwo abzulegen. Das Personal am Empfang spricht leider kaum Englisch aber mit Händen und Füßen versuchen sie einem freundlich weiterzuhelfen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt aber bestens und wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen.
