I didn't know this area very well before this trip, but it is actually a great location. Tons of local and less touristy restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is also very close to a train station so you can get to other parts of Tokyo pretty easily. As the hotel itself, it's pretty basic but gets the job done. Clean room and professional staff.

Enjoyed our stay here despite the bed being smaller than we thought for 2 adults and 1 small child. This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is very close to the subway station and Monzennakacho downtown. There are numerous restaurants and shops around. My room has mini kitchen, plates and utensils, washing machines/ dryer in the room. Absolutely most convenient amenities for long term stays. Check out is 11:00 but can be extended with a small hourly fee, up to 1:00 pm. Highly recommended

I really like this hotel. I have stayed here several times and will stay here again. Just one little problem. I wanted to suspend the limited house cleaning on one day so the garbage could be picked up, the floor vacuumed and get new bed sheets. I removed the blue magnet and do not disturb sign. But the room was not cleaned. Other than that, the stay was great.

Great room size, comfortable bed and super friendly and welcoming staff. Location is also great if you want to stay in a more "non-tourist" part oft Tokyo. Subway, a Shinto and a Buddhist temple are close and neighborhood is quite at night. Breakfast was lackluster unfortunately - only 2 options (Western & Japan style) are available and they are almost the same every day, so gets old really quick if you are staying for more than a couple of days. But this is also stated on the hotel's website. Western is some kind of frozen soup (which was more like a stew) with changing vegetables and a frozen chees/ham sandwich. Japanese was a full bento box (contents changed a little over the days) with rice and miso soup, but you had to pick it up early as they only have a limited amount available. So my advice: Skip the breakfast reservation and pick something ob from a convenience store or a café nearby. Otherwise a good place to stay in Tokyo!

This time the room was very small. And there were pigeons on the balcony the whole time making noise and pooping. The heater controls did not work properly. The tv remote control only worked when it was less than 1 meter from the tv. A bunch of little things that were different from the time I stayed there before. A bunch of little things that added up to make the stay less pleasant.
