We stayed here one night with my in laws, 2 rooms. Nice big double bed(king for US size standards) plenty of towels, good hot water, and very quiet. We parked on the public street right in front of the entrance doors, which are different from the reception lobby doors. A neighboring business owner was unhappy we had parked in "her" spot, but we left before she opened for sales and she was able to claim it as her own private parking spot on the free public parking. They do offer a light breakfast of pastries, sliced meats and cheeses, coffee, tea , juices, and such for €7 each or €5 for a coffee and pastry. Coffee and tea service is available in the room, but also will run €5. Desk clerk was very nice, and even recommended some restaurants and parking tips for the central area of Cremona. We stayed to visit some exotic tone wood dealers in Cremona and Desio, after visiting the Violin Museum.
