- Lift only from 3rd floor - Last floor also only accessible by stairs, no lift - Not suitable for people with limited mobility - Room change only with surcharge - Stench in the room and toilet, unbearable - Windows surrounded by pigeons, bird noise - The best thing about this accommodation is the lively and central neighbourhood, if that's what you're after

Alsancak garının tam karşısında ve Kıbrıs şehitleri caddesine çok yakın olduğu için tercih ettik.Bornova sokağı gibi türlü türlü insanın bulunduğu bir yerde kalmayı sorun etmezseniz menmun kalırsınız.Güvensiz ve tehlike arzeden hiçbir şey yok merak etmeyin.Fiyat çok uygun ve odamız temiz ve genişti.Check-in saatinden daha erken (sabah 8 gibi) varmamıza rağmen odamız hazırdı.Lobideki bayan (otelin sahibi aynı zamanda kendisi) çok canayakın ve yardımsever.İlgili yaklaşımları sebebiyle Deniz pansiyonu herkese tavsiye ederim.

They charged me twice for two nights. I paid online in expedia.com. When I checked in the staff told me they got no money from expedia.com, and they didn't let me in until I paid two nights in advice.

Dirty dirty dirty OMG
A dirty hotel that is used as a cheap brothel by the locals, surrounding streets full of transvestites looking for men, not safe to go out late here alone.
