One of the rooms we got was not cleaned before giving it to us. The sheets and the towels were stained and the air conditioner was very noisy. The staff did not wanted to change our room, they made us have a really hard time.

As condições do hotel não são boas. Felizmente, no quarto onde fiquei, o ar funcionava bem e eu só precisava descansar. Roupas de cama velhas, barulho da rua, paredes sujas... Ponto positivo é que há um barzinho em frente e os funcionários são muito educados. As mulheres foram muito gentis comigo, especialmente uma senhora que faz a limpeza. Contudo, o custo-benefício não é bom.

Hotel nao condiz com as fotos postadas, nem o nome do hotel esta correto: o nome verdadeiro do hotel e Pouso Real. Quarto imundo, incluindo cortinas rasgadas e sujas, frigobar com fruta mofada (provavelmente deixada por outro hospede), lencois manchados, camas imundas. Com algo que nem quero imaginar o que era.

Infelizmente tivemos uma série de problemas. O Hotel ficou sem luz, dormimos neste calor absurdo do Rio e amanhecemos sem água. Fomos embora sem tomar banho. Eu vou solicitar o reembolso da diária paga.

para começar, o hotel esta com nome antigo. muita confusão! 2o. o predio nao teve nenhuma reforma desde a sua construção. 3o. o box do banheiro fica inclinado para dentro, abrindo a porta, molhando toda area fora do box. 4o. nao tem porta papel higienico. 5o. a porta do guarda roupa era decorado com pedaço de jornal ....obra de uma artista do ano 2000. pois nunca foi retirado desde então. 6o. ar condicionado de parede necessita troca urgente. 7o. os andares eram irregulares. Parece labirinto. 8o. cobrança de estacionamento de r$33 no predio deles. 9o. cafe regular. nao tem manteiga. so margarina. tem gente que gosta. 10o. tv no quarto nem pensar.! sabendo que, so no restaurante funciona. smart tv(esquece). 11o. fica em frente a centro espirito.

O quarto estava extremamente sujo, parecia que nunca foi limpo, tinha areia nas camas e pó em todos os móveis, não tinha tomada pra carregar o celular e o ar condicionado não gela. A única coisa boa foi o café da manhã e o pessoal da recepção que são bem gentis de resto eu nunca mais voltaria. Ninguém passou para limpar o quarto, mesmo deixando a chave sempre na recepção. Péssimo!!!
