The experience was generally good, but the listing on the hotels.com site is VERY inaccurate. The hotel has two towers. We were in the older tower. I am not sure if the other tower has the advertised amenities but, if so, there was no material in the room to direct guests to them, and no effort was made by staff to advise us. So, we found no indoor pool, no sauna, no restaurant (only a 15th floor room in which breakfast is served and 24-hour room service), no "laptop-compatible safe (in fact, no safe at all!), and no desk (only a small round table). Also, our room did not have air conditioning. The site says "the 148 air-conditioned rooms ..." which seems to imply that all the rooms are air-conditioned. Finally, the wireless internet was pretty slow, and went down once for several hours. So, while the hotel is quite nice and the service was generally good, I would suggest asking some questions when making the reservation. It isn't much cheaper than other hotels that have all of those amenities and more. It is really well located. While the area around the hotel is a bit sketchy, it's really a short walk to all kinds of things. I don't regret staying there at all ... just wish there had been a bit more "truth in advertising" up front.
