Poor customer service! Was told I can have free early check in at 12noon whatever room they have available and specified I need a room with city view. Went out and came back late 5pm and only 2 options are there. One with ongoing construction and accessiblity room. Chose the latter but change my mind if I can have a room in the new bldg . I waited for more than an hour . Had I not call the reception, I will be waiting forever. Clogged shower drainage, flooding the bathroom floor-ask housekeeping to check to find oit there were tons of hair down there even she was surprised to see it-“looks like a rat” quoting her. Facial tissue empty, do not refill coffee/tea and did not wash the glassses used! Need to re orient staffs and interns-inform guests about housekeeping policy(not everyday) and customer service. I was surprised that when I came back late the room was not made and clean and refreshed. In all my 3 day stay I only hot 1 housekeeping service. (8/10-13)
Hotel is nice by the waterfront, breakfast buffet good spread but same everyday.
A nice guy on checked out day was nice to offer a free coffee while waiting for my cab at 6am. He was the only nice one there-8/13.
