The see view and the access to the see were amazing. The actual beach is a concrete patch, but still enjoyable. The breakfast selection was big, but the quality of the produce, apart from the fruits not so high, I had the impression. Also, the reception stuff was very friendly and helpful, but the restaurant stuff was sometimes friendly sometimes not so much. My room was clean, but the furniture and comfort were rather basic and old (noisy fridge, thin walls, very cold aircon, no tea/coffee station) Overall, I'd say the hotel is ok for a one-week-stay, but not longer than that. Also, there is not so much to see and do in Perama, but the blue bus stop is right in front of the hotel. I recommend to book some one day trips, these were my highlights.
