My room was a strange mixture of modern appliances and amateurish fixings. The fridge and microwave were newish and efficient but badly housed in cupboards that were obviously adapted, and not successfully, for them. The shower room was modern, clean and bright, but although there was an air extractor it didn't seem to be working. Nor was the cooker hood. I had a single room and it was small and poky, also rather dark, and the light had to be kept on during the day. On the other hand, the bed was very comfortable and the heater very efficient. As a short stay, Noa is cheap for Oxford, and there is parking, which is good. Easy bus ride into town. A completely pointless washing machine- you wouldn't stay long enough to make that necessary. I'd say it is a decent place, especially for Oxford, and inexpensive. If you had a double sized room it might be quite pleasant, but definitely worth a try for a couple of days. Not 3 star, by the way.
