Property was excellent. Our room was big enough with room for storage. Bathroom was clean, shower was always hot. Breakfast was cooked to order and excellent choice, quantity and quality. Lovely little B&B about 10 mins walk from the centre of Totnes. Very friendly welcome from the hosts Sandra and John. Superb hosts who live at the property and who are there to offer advice and help. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choices and lovely little conservatory to eat there. Room was spotless with lots of lovely toiletries. A good find .
