Falta muito treinamento para o staff. É importante avisar ao hóspede que o primeiro andar fica no 11° andar do prédio quando o hóspede pede o primeiro andar e explica que não gosta de elevador. Não adianta arrumarem o primeiro andar e não avisar que fica no 11° e que o elevador não pára e nem abre a porta até lá. Fiquei 4 diárias e somente no terceiro dia consegui televisão funcionando. Me mudaram de quarto 2 vezes. Ou seja,.ocupei 3 quartos nesse período e a maior parte do tempo em cama de solteiro.(eu tinha reservado casal). O café da manhã é bom mas a comida que pedi no quarto péssima. O bife parevia sobra de almoço. Super seco e eu havia pedido mal passado. No outro dia pedi sopa de capeletti que estava péssima e sem sabor. Nos outros dias atravessei a rua e peguei marmita no shopping. Mas não tinha prato nem talher no quarto embora tivesse uma mini cozinha com microondas. O rapaz da manutenção foi muito paciente, educado e preocupado em resolver a falta de tv nos 3 primeiros dias e a localização do hotel é ótima por tem o shopping atravessando a rua. Mas eu não pretendo voltar.

Retorno a cada 4, 5 meses.
Excelente hotel, sempre que vou visitar meu filho em Curitiba, a cada 4 à 6 meses no máximo, eu e minha esposa optamos pelo Bristol 500. Café da manhã muito bom. Rouparia cheirosa, quarto confortável ( sempre ficamos na master, os demais não posso avaliar). Estacionamento ok (diária paga no checkout). O hotel ainda tem a facilidade de estar em frente à um shopping é muito bem localizado .
