The overall property is beautiful and gigantic! I instantly was able to relax and felt care free. Majority of the staff were pleasant and had exceptional customer service. I typically don’t visit the same place more than once but for the TRS Yucatan I’d make an exception. I would love to come back. The food was phenomenal and there were so many options to choose from. I really enjoyed my stay and wished I would have stayed longer.

There was an animal in my room making noise at night. The animal got in there from the ceiling. The room service food was not great. Stick to the turnovers. Also drinks were not that strong so buying a bottle is recommended.
