I have stayed a few times at this hotel. It is 'Guest Friendly' which is great. It is in a good location, close to beach, shops, restaurants. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always do what they can to assist you. The hotel is a little dated and needs a bit of work to bring it up to date, however it is still good value for money.

GOOD VALUE AND GREAT LOCATION WITH GOOD POOL
Great location and awesome swimming pool (but it closes at 6pm - why I have no idea as most pools close about 9 or 10m at other Hotels) These are the 2 best reasons to stay here. Rooms are spacious enough and adequate but not well maintained overall and cleanliness is average. Shower was good, bed comfort was okay and staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic and boring and better for Asia tastes. There was no pastries, no cheese even in the omelettes and juice & joghurt was awful. However this Hotel offered great value for money and you could do a lot worse, so it is recommended if you on a budget , want a pool and a great Patong location and decent place to stay if not pleasant.

Location is great. 2 mins from beach, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. For what you're paying it's a great deal. Hotel is older and it had a moth ball type smell but the staff was great. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel you'll need to pay more.

Acceptable place
We had 2 rooms and one room had a hard mattress and the second room's mattress was comfortable. It is not a flashy hotel but it is acceptable for the price. It is overall clean but outdated. There is a laundry service on the property and for those interested there is a cat cafe right next door. The location was great.

Upgraded supposedly to classic from Standard which we thought was nice as we discovered the standard rooms are in a building with no lift !! But classic was down a dirty alley to another building, room had very poor internet connection, safety box not secured down and holes in curtains, room seemed dirty and old, seemed that this building got forgotten as we had to remind them to clean our room anyway complained and got another upgrade to deluxe which was lovely - 2 giant beds, bath and shower, smelt clean and cleaned daily, great internet connection, only downside the electric door card broke with hubby inside and me on the outside, hubby had to use nail scissors to let maintenance man in ! 2 hrs later key lock reprogrammed and all good! Glad this happening the afternoon as I went down to ask for tea bags but no delivery!!! Had it happened late at night I don’t know what would of happened! Pool being maintained for our first 5 days and unusable / luckily the weather was wet !!! Our whole stay they were upgrading the top floor so constant workmen noise , jack hammering etc even on a Sunday! Not happy experience and disappointed with Expedia for leaving this below average hotel on their website - a refund would be appreciated??

2/10 Poor

First when you get there, you see the property it’s not was advertised on the app. If your have a large bags, this not your hotel, it has no elevator, I had to carry my luggage up 4 flights of stairs, otw up the stairs I saw total of 7 big dead cockroaches, the staff saw them too and didn’t bother trying to remove them. The room was mosquito infested felt like. I was being bit the 5 minutes I walked in. The room wasn’t like it was advertised on Expedia. The bathroom was not it, there was was no security feature on the door like a deadbolt, just on lock. Mind you anyone can walk in the allyway where you have to go for in order to get your room. With being said there are no security features whatsoever ever! The room was not soundproof I could hear anyone coming up or down there stairs. Lastly which really pissed me of is a had a hotel phone on the night stand. Get this, it was not plugged up to any thing, there was nothing to plug it up too. I truly hated my experience. It was so bad within the 25 minutes of me checking in and checking the room out, that I grabbed my belongings and walked to another hotel down the street, and waited in there lobby till their checking in began mind u I checked in to the Asprey hotel at 11pm and the other didn’t start checking until 2pm the next day. That’s how bad I didn’t want to stay there. I didn’t sleep not one day in there and I never would will. I strongly do not recommend this hotel for family’s, solo travelers, and to elderly traveler.

Comfortable.
All good. Got upgraded. Nice clean rooms. Pool is nice too. At this price point of about 35$ Canadian it’s very good. Location is also surprisingly good. Covenant same day laundry at hotel for 50bat/kl feel comfortable here. Breakfast is acceptable, eggs, cereals, yogurt, rice, toast, eggs, some Thai stuff and breakfast sausages. Has everything you need all around the hotel.
