We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium. We booked Colonial but was bumped into Kantenah and VIP guests. Being VIP guests, we got access to exclusive restaurants and lounges and concierge service. David and Cielo, our concierges, are awesome. They are always a text message away.

The hoteal staff were attentive and carong from beginning to end. Very accommodating! The app for reservations is a bit misleading but the concierge at each lobby are very helpful. The servers at the restaurants provided beyond great customer service. We were surprised everyday with a treat from the person that takes care of the rooms. Ours did not work in our room and we even had an upgraded room and it was mid July so extremely hot in Mexico.
