Great hotel to make good trip
It iş wonderful living experience in Chiang mai. We lived four days in this hotel. They support me to communicate with grap driver and food delivery because I pin the wrong place for food delivery. The room size is nice and we booked two rooms as family type. The breakfast is amazing good. We like it and enjoy all dishes for rice,noodle,eggs,etc. Everything is prefect and we will book this hotel for next time.

Wonderful front desk staff; always kind and helpful. Thank you to management / housekeeping for providing a sweet anniversary decoration! Room was spacious and clean. Daily breakfast service was decent. Free parking. Near the mall & lots of eateries. Initially we booked the “Couple Mai” but didn’t realize it was tub only. Luckily, front desk was efficient and moved us to another room with a shower. We enjoyed our stay here & definitely would recommend based on the great service :)

직원들은 엄청 친절했어요. 위치도 좋아요. 까이양청도이 1분컷이고, 마야몰, 원님만 모두 5분컷입니다. 단지 노후화로 인한 리모델링이 필요해 보였어요. 욕실에 뜨거운 물이 잘 나오지 않아 리셉션에 도움요청했더니 바로 조치는 취해주었으나 이후에도 온도조절이 잘 되지 않았어요. 조식은 종류는 특별하지 않았으나 맛은 괜찮았습니다. 수질이 좋지않아 필터샤워기 한 번 쓰자말자 필터색이 흙색으로 변했어요. 아마 치앙마이 자체가 수질이 다 그런모양입니다. 다음엔 같은 가격으로 다른 숙소에 묵고 싶네요.

En general bien, el baño y la regadera son bastante incómodos ya que la regadera es una tina y no tiene puertas y está a la vista. El baño tiene rejillas por lo que se escucha todo. En nuestro caso íbamos en pareja por lo que no hubo mucho problema pero si viajas con amigos si está bastante incómodo. La recámara daba al elevador y se escuchaba TODO. A demás de eso el hotel está muy bien ubicado, ofrecen desayuno y cada piso tiene una temática diferente.
