Loved our stay. We will definitely be back! The villas are cozy, spacious, and clean. As someone who hates dirty hotels, my expectations were met with ease. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We fell in love with the pool bartender, Minerva! She was kind, god-fearing, and hilarious. We loved our breakfast served, Pat (Patricia), who made us laugh and kept it real. Great people, doing great work.

Rooms were nice. View was good too. Food quality was average. Breakfast was really poor with virtually no healthy options - in the end we only ate it twice despite paying for it for the entire trip. Food quality compared to cost was very bad. They additionally charge service fees which is ridiculous since the food was poor... Pools were nice. Staff are generally pleasant although no assistance with baggage. Elevators can take up to 6 or 7 minutes if theres a lot of people waiting. Not coming back and would not recommend it. 3 stars seems a fair outcome.

The waterfront rooms are really phenomenal. Comfortable, easy access, and great views. The hotel has access to a public beach that wasnt too crowded and a dock where you can enter the waist high crystal clear water. It was also super easy to walk to the restaurants, bars, and casinos nearby. I woukd highly recommend!

The Villa's at Simpson Bay is a nice resort. The Room size is very nice and well laid out. The cleaning staff visits your Room every day to tidy it up. The beds are comfortable and very large in the Master Suite and there are also 2 Murphy Beds in the living room for the kids or extra guests. The kitchen is well supplied with everything that you would need for your stay. It has a Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher. There are 4 pools on the property, I recommend the Big Pool on yop of the hill as the water is cooler. The other 3 pools are crowded and the water is like hot soup. On the Not So Good Side , the Air Conditioner System broke but it was repaired by the next day, Power Failures occured several times every day and thankfully the resort had a Backup Generator to continue supplying power. (The St Martin, Generator Plant deliberately Load Sheds electrical service causing Rolling Blackouts across the Island). Restaurants are pleantyfull and very reasonably priced. You must try (Sal and Pepe) Italian Restaurant as it was excellent and order the Linguine with Clams. Driving on the roads are terrible, the traffic signals are little to none and street signs are almost none existent also. so make sure your phone has the added out of country service so you can call and use either Google Maps or Waze to get around. I used Waze and it worked great. Thats my Honest Review I hope it helps you all out.

I loved our stay here . The ocean and pool view amazing. We are on the first floor so our patio was right in front of the pool. Swim up bar was great and buy one drink and get one free ran every day from 3pm to 5pm. So relaxing and so much to do. Excursions right here out of hotel . We loved it here and will be back!!

Property was well maintained. Staff was very friendly. The concierge was amazing. I forget her name but she was extremely helpful and friendly. The beach was immaculate. The property was clean and the food on the resort was really good. Overall no complaints and I would definitely visit again.
