I would not recommend this hotel or stay again. We left early. Staff was friendly but required some training in providing consistent service, for the price charged. For example, when ordering breakfast 4 pancakes came on 4 plates and staff usually could take only 1 order at a time. Staff appeared to be unsure of responsibilities, for example security staff where not located at the gate but within the complex. The air conditioner did not work well in one room, would never get below 26, staff went through the procedure of notifying people of our concern, but it was not fixed after 2 days. The location was within walking distance, but a little removed and further than we wanted to walk 2 times per day. The hotel was very empty in comparison to surrounding hotels, which gave an eerie feeling. Management charged an excessively high service charge for all services, ranging from phoning for a taxi 50%, to booking tours also at 50%. Management did not treat their staff very well, which was the most upsetting. Check your prices before booking.
