Unfortunately when I booked this reservation, website made it seem we would have our camper on the beach. Let me tell you, there's no beach you're backing up to, it's a rock wall on a canal running through the property. In addition, the "Elite" spot we thought we had room and no one walking through but that is not the case either. The spots may be 20 feet meter to meter if you're lucky and just because there's a small sign that tells people not to walk through the back of the camping, there is a sidewalk that makes it appear you can walk through the campsites. In addition, they close their pool, which I can align with, but also their hot tubs at sunset. NO ONE that I know wants to get in the hot tub when the sun is out. This was not readily seen/known and was another very frustrating aspect of our visit. Lastly, we arrived on Sunday evening and the store onsite was closed and wasn't open on Monday or Tuesday. Again, another issue not known/readily seen when making the reservation. There are better accommodating campgrounds in the Keys so don't believe the immediate "Voted Best in the Keys" that you'll see on their site. We personally feel very overcharged for what we thought we were receiving. Do your homework good before booking.
