Nossa estadia foi muito boa, hotel muito limpo e perfumado, tanto quardo quanto suas dependências. Atendimento cordial e eficiente. Café da manhã bom, mas poderia ter mais opções, bem básico. De forma geral um ótimo lugar para se hospedar. Apenas gostaria de pontuar que, como o hotel disponibiliza a opção de Day Use (estranhos podem pagar para passar o dia na piscina) em dias de muito calor, fica bem cheio e o hospedes que estao pagando para utilizar as comodidades tem mais dificuldades para, por exemplo, conseguir cadeiras, mesas e guarda sol ao usar a piscina. Mesmo sendo solicitado a recepção para colocar mais não foi atendido. Acho que em dias de maior lotação das acomodações, não deveriam ser vendidos Day use, para que os hóspedes tuvessem maior conforto.

Melhorias para o hotel da rede Intercity
O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao shopping. De maneira geral o hotel é bom, porém tivemos problemas no restaurante (atendimento dos garçons estavam péssimos e demorados e também as comidas que pedimos não estavam bem preparadas) e também tivemos problemas com a limpeza do quarto, que não foi feita nenhum dia, somente realizadas as trocas das toalhas. Café da manhã é bom com várias opções de quentes, frios e frutas. No final das diárias soubemos que a cozinha do hotel estava sem o chef.

Estadia em Caxias do Sul - Hotel Intercity
O quarto em que ficamos deixou muito a desejar no item “limpeza”. Banheiro antigo com cheiro de mofo (box com vidros manchados e rejuntes embolorados), necessitando de uma urgente reforma. Roupas de cama e toalhas desgastadas, visualmente manchadas. Ponto positivo: atendimento dos funcionários em geral. Dentro de uma necessidade de correção que tivemos durante a estadia em função da limpeza do cômodo, tivemos pronto atendimento da equipe de plantão.
