The room was very spacious, we had a separate sitting room and bedroom, with a double balcony, clean and pleasant and up to date decor, furnishings and bathroom. Lighting in hallways could be brighter, but I think the reason it is dimly lit so not to disturb guests whilst sleeping. Buffet breakfast was good compared to usual Turkish standards. Hotels.com need to make it clear to the hotel that guests have already paid for the room and hotels.com should ensure they make payment to the hotel prior to guests arriving, on arrival we were told the room had not been paid for and were asked to make payment with a card, this happened both on our arrival and our departure and I heard this happened with other people who booked with hotels.com as well, so beware that you don't get tricked into paying twice, not the fault of the hotel, hotels.com need to change the way they make payment for the accommodation......as soon as they take money from a customers card, they should immediately make that payment to the hotel and not after the customer has left the hotel. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay.
