Overall, my stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms were a little tired and worn, not quite up to the standard I was expecting, especially for a 4* hotel.
One major disappointment was the lack of air conditioning, despite it being said in the hotel description that the rooms were air conditioned. This made the rooms very hot, forcing us to keep the doors open for ventilation. However, this led to a mosquito invasion and loud noise until the very early hours from nearby bars.
On the upside, the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast and dining room, on the other hand, left much to be desired. The selection was limited, and the quality of the food was not great.
Despite these drawbacks, the staff were friendly and accommodating, trying their best to make our stay enjoyable. Hopefully, the hotel can address the issues with the rooms and amenities to provide a more pleasant experience for future guests.
