We loved staying at the resort. It had all the amenities we needed. Very realxing and clean room. Listening to the waves crashing on the rocks and soaking in the hot tubs was a major highlight. Great place for puffins!
We visited the puffin nesting observatory a few years back and on this trip took my brother and sister to the same location, although the puffins had since left in late August. However, still a very nice place to stay and if you are there earlier in the year, a fantastic place to witness puffins up close and personal!

LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!! The rooms, food, staff view everything was incredible. I wish we stayed longer than two nights. The spa is awesome and my best afternoon was hanging out there in the hot tubs having a glass of wine. I would drive here again just to stay here (and see the puffins which are a few km up the road) our favorite stay in Iceland

We loved our stay at blabjorg! The apartment we stayed in was a good deal and everything (and more) we expected. There were some issues with broken lights, but quickly resolved by the very friendly staff. The included breakfast was nice, but a bit lacking in availability.

We absolutely adored it here. Just a five minute drive from the Puffins and the spa downstairs was a lovely way to end our day after a wonderful meal in the restaurant. Right on the water, beautiful setting. But the turn off was the misleading advertising about the hot tub s that you must pay 4500 ISK pp to use! C’mon! Other than that, and the loud guests in the middle of the night, it was great. The brewery next door was a plus. Wish we could have stayed longer
