Friendly staff, hot water with strong pressure, air conditioning, and comfortable bed and pillows. Should be described as "Colonial" or Victorian" as opposed to "Antique" because it has a very nice feel and comfort to it and not an old, boring one. Located in a perfect location. Will return soon. This is a good place to stay if you’re on a budget. The building itself is pretty cool and the location is convenient for what we needed. It’s right across the street from Crystal Plaza so we went shopping and had some food. A lot of people complain that the bed was too hard that didn’t bother me, but the pillows were definitely too hard. I wish that the decorations were more accurate to the photos. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and Jenny at the front desk was really kind.

NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO. Si llegas tarde. Olvídate, dejarás tu auto en la calle y la zona se ve horrible. El personal solo dice: no puedo hacer nada, para qué llega tarde, aquí solo caben 6 autos. Es una propiedad vieja, se vw sucio desde la entrada.

Me encantó mucho haberme hospedado en este hotel. Me fascina como tuvieron la amabilidad de atender al cliente, que la habitación que me tocó estuviera limpia, cómoda y económica. Me agrado el precio que me cobraron y dónde está ubicado, pues había facilidad de adquirir comida y agua, así como el transporte. Si regreso a Xalapa, me volvería a hospedar en este hotel. Gracias
