Pleasant family hotel!
The owner couldn't ave been more helpful, assisted us with our taxi, explained everything to us in detail, made sure we had fresh towels everyday, was always happy to answer any questions. Was visiting with 2 young girls for a dancing comp weekend and the hotel was perfect for us would definitely return.

Brilliant little b and b
Hotel.com didn't process booking correctly luckily Richard the owner phoned me and informed me and sorted it out over phone so our weekend wasn't ruined. If your expecting the Ritz go somewhere else if you want cheap clean and comfort go to the aysgarth hotel. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to beach or central pier. Owners couldn't do enough for you will definitely go back there again.

We stayed for 4 nights at Aysgarth House, which I booked online, after searching for a bargain on line,, we only paid 185.00 for x4 nights, which was a excellent price for August.. we enjoyed our stay and felt relaxed and at ease, the accommodation was clean and within walking distance of the sea and main delights that blackpool as to offer.. we really enjoyed our stay and Richie and Lynn are both nice people, who cannot do enough to help you and nothing seems a problem, it was nice to spend time speaking to Richie who welcomed us back and we no doubt will return, thanks for your good customer service, Karen and Paul (from Leicester)

Okay stay.
The hotel hosts are amazing. So kind and friendly. The rooms however are very small. There is lack of circulation and the small rooms and thin walls are a bit too much. The decor is quite dated, but that’s not that big a deal. The rooms however either need a double or a single not both as there’s barely any space. There’s no shelf space and the kettle in rooms is so dated morphy Richard’s probably won’t be able to fix it anymore. The location and hosts are 5 star. I can’t fault them at all. There isn’t really a bar operating and the place overall is quite small and tight.

4/10 Fair

The Room was simple, floor was wonky too. It needed an update. The worst thing was the bed and bedding, the bedding was dirty, not ironed and the valance had a nasty brown stain over it. The mattress felt very springy, saggy and noisy, I think it was made in the 1970’s, at this point we had to leave and told Richard there was a problem back home. We are a simple couple and realise this was an inexpensive room but this was awful and couldn’t bring ourselves to stay.
